In order to inspire, excite and ignite curiosity about STEM and NLA, we will be launching challenges aimed at primary pupils in the local area and beyond.
There will be at least two challenges running each academic year: the Nexus Liberal Arts writing competition and the STEM Challenge.
These challenges are a fun way to encourage enthusiasm, boost confidence and get primary pupils thinking critically and creatively. These challenges take students beyond the curriculum and enable them to explore new realms of knowledge and apply their reasoning and powers of expression.
Details of the current challenge can be found here.
We want to celebrate pupils’ successes and our winners will have their work posted on our website, as well as winning an award for their primary school. All participation is rewarded with a certificate.
