Yesterday we were delighted to host a visit from Will Rogers, the Regional Network Lead from STEM Learning, the UK provider of education and careers support in STEM. STEM Learning is supported by a the Government, charitable trusts and employers, and is dedicated to raising young people’s engagement and achievement in STEM subjects and careers.
As a result of the remarkable work going on at Camborne Science and International Academy, STEM Learning are looking to see what lessons can be learnt so that students across the UK can benefit from the aspects of our programme that makes Nexus so successful.
Will was blown away by the quantity and quality of opportunities to engage in the STEM field, both inside and outside the classroom at Nexus and CSIA more widely. We are looking forward to working closely with STEM Learning to share our expertise with teachers and leaders from other schools in the UK.
